RETURNS
Please note that ALL items purchased on our website are FINAL SALE and we DO NOT provide returns, exchanges or refunds.
If the product is defective, your order may be eligible for a return or exchange. For defective items purchased, follow the returns process described below.
We thank you (and all our customers) for understanding the above policy.
As this is a liquidation business, we absolutely do not accept returns and all sales are final. Ensure you know what you are purchasing and if you have any questions, reach out to us and we will be able to provide you with more product details.
REFUND
Once your returned item is received and inspected to be defective, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
